Within Australia: Within 1-2 weeks from the date of payment

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within two weeks of receipt. We will then issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred after we have received the item/s. Delivery charges are refundable only where the item/s are faulty and a refund is made.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your name and address, item name and the reason for return. Also please let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then let you know the procedure on how to return the item. You have thirty days from the receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.
